Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Manager of Business Development for our expanding team. He/ She will be driving the business development of our company. His/Her JD includes,
• Developing strategic relationships with potential clients and dedicates time into developing the relationship with existing clients as well.
• Responsible in understanding a client’s business needs and will work simultaneously in developing effective and solid solutions which will generate results.
• Should have the ability to read and understand between the lines and hear which is not told.
• A Manager is a role mentor, a communicator to follow.


• Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for business development.
• Lead a complete sales process. From brief to onboarding the client.
• Provide RFP response, build relationship with important stakeholders from client’s end.
• Motivate strategic planning team & run a successful pitch.
• Identify the potential need of clients and present it to them.
• Expand contacts with key client executives.
• Understand Clients business goal and meet their expectations.
• Set quarterly target for new accounts and stay responsible for acquiring new businesses.
• Properly utilize PR and branding opportunities for the agency.
• Set and achieve quarterly and annual target of business development.


• Bachelor’s Degree in any manner and minimum 5 years of professional work experience in B2B sales, business development in professional services, and client relationship management.
• Proven track record of growing new businesses.
• Exceptional relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Excellent people management skills in service industry.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with potential clients and maintain with ease.
• Independent critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
• A strong team player.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements activities at once.
• Ability to sell ideas.

Job details

• Full time
• Work hour- 10 am -7 pm
• Work Week- 6 days a week (6 weekends per month)
• Salary– As per company rule.
• Probation period- 6 months
